The Milan black nickel radiator valves are made to a very high quality, these wheel-head valves are constructed from brass and have a heavy, smooth polished black nickel finish. Exceptional quality at a great price.
High-quality black nickel angled radiator valves - a perfect match for all of our black, anthracite and painted radiators featuring a simple on/off operation and supplied as a set (pair).
Optional matching pipe sleeves may also be added to compliment your valves with adapters available for different sized fittings.
All our radiators are produced and outputs measured in accordance with European standard EN442.
Radiators are supplied with BOE connections as standard unless stated otherwise; B2 underneath connections can be supplied with selected models.
Due to the excessively corrosive nature of chlorine we do not recommend that radiators and towel rails are placed in swimming pool environments. In addition radiators should not be located in areas that have long term exposure to high levels of moisture.
When commissioning any radiator (including aluminium) on an indirect/closed system we recommend using a suitable mixed metal inhibitor in suitable quantities to protect against scale and corrosion.
Electric Radiators & Dual Fuel Radiators
All items listed on the website include an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed. All estimates are based on a "working day" (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays), starting the next working day after the Order is accepted. Various factors such as weather and stock shortages may impact the stated delivery time. In cases where an item is "Out Of Stock" or available for "Pre Order", an expected restocking date is shown, where available, though it is subject to change. Until the item returns to stock, all dates are estimated. Although you may enter a delivery address that differs from the cardholder address, for anti-fraud reasons we reserve the right to delivery to the cardholder address on your first order a delivery to a different address other than the cardholder address is at our discretion for fraud prevention.
Free Delivery and Delivery Surcharges
The vast majority of items for sale on the Website are offered with free UK mainland delivery, except for a small proportion of items that are only eligible for free delivery in certain postcode areas. We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and most parts of Scotland below the central belt. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands are not eligible for free delivery. In the event of a delivery charge being required, it is clearly labeled prior to completing an Order, and the relevant charge will be applied to the total at the Checkout stage. Charges are calculated on a per delivery basis, not a per Order basis, so multiple delivery charges may be applied in certain circumstances.
Our deliveries are handled by third-party carriers; often this will be a specialist courier service or a vehicle directly affiliated with a supplier. Due to this, We are unable to guarantee the execution of any special delivery instructions requested when placing an Order, though We endeavor to do so. An Order with many items may be subject to deliveries from multiple carriers, and so we are unable to guarantee that all items will be received at the same time, or on the same day, though we work hard to try and ensure this. If You cannot be present to take a delivery, you must give us adequate notice of 24 hours to enable us to re-schedule the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for any re-deliveries as a result of You not being able to take delivery on the nominated day. Although you may enter a delivery address that differs from the cardholder address, for anti-fraud reasons we reserve the right to delivery to the cardholder address on your first order. We will do everything possible to deliver your goods as soon as possible and will try to meet your delivery instructions. Please note that all orders placed before 1pm will carry a next day delivery where applicable if the product is in stock.
All of our deliveries are a one-man, curbside service. Where required, You should arrange for help to unload the Goods during delivery, and/or for storing them inside the property after delivery. Upon receiving a delivery, We recommend performing a short visual inspection, checking that all expected items are present; consulting a delivery note if available. The delivery should be received, inspected and signed-for by the Delivery contact nominated on the Order. Once the delivery is signed for, responsibility for those items is then passed on to You. Therefore, We highly recommend performing a full inspection of the items immediately afterward, prior to storing them away. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you refuse a delivery without prior consent once goods have already been shipped from us you will be liable for the £35.00 delivery fee. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will contact our couriers on your behalf. If for some reason your order is returned to ourselves or one of our suppliers for a reason of non-delivery there will be a cost placed of £35.00 to send out the goods again to you. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon delivery before signing for them. The couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect the goods. If the courier will not wait, please accept and sign as "NOT CHECKED or DAMAGED". If the packaging appears damaged please state this on the delivery documentation, this will help us to make a claim on your behalf from the couriers should the item prove to be beyond repair. If you sign for a consignment as ‘accepted’, any insurance claims against the courier for damage in transit will be void.
Inspecting Delivered Items
We recommend performing a full inspection as soon as possible to determine whether any items are damaged, incomplete or faulty. In the unlikely event that this is the case, We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, which will ensure a smooth Returns process. In cases where all of these Conditions have been adhered to, We will arrange for incorrect or damaged items to be replaced for free. Collection of certain damaged items - such as broken glass - may not always be possible, so You may be asked to dispose of these items separately.
Installing Delivered Items
We advise against booking any plumber, electrician, builder or tradesperson(s) to install items until You are in receipt of the entire Order, and it has been thoroughly checked. Any delivery times given are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, therefore We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Do not try and install any damaged or faulty items, and leave them in their original packaging where possible.
Export of Items
We ONLY deliver to UK Mainland postal address, we do not deliver to shipping agents, customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following point:
